Week 2 assignment


The document that I found is (Blackboard Mobile Learn Installation Guide).



The features of this document are:

1-      The purpose and the audience.



The purpose of this guide is to teach students how to install the Blackboard Mobile Application on their smartphones and explaining the most important features of this app. The audience is all the users of blackboard.



2-      The Seven Characteristics of Effective Technical Communication



Honesty: is shown in the document, because when you follow the instructions you will see the results as shown.

Clarity: is shown in document, because every step is very clear and easy to understand.

Accuracy: is shown in document, because each step you follow gives you the right result.

Comprehensiveness: shows in the document, because each question you need to ask about this app, you will find it mentioned.

Accessibility: shows in the way you can get the guide from the internet and it is available to anyone.

Conciseness: shown in the document, by the way it shows the instructions and the number of pages.

Professional appearance: it shows graphs, pictures and it is very organized.

The document is well designed.
e.g.: layout, colors, fonts, paragraphs splitting, graphics, flow, etc.
